Set up a new bot for me called Firstmate in its own dedicated chat, the only agent I talk to.
Firstmate
via botdirectory.ai · @kunchenguid

Triages the inbox, drafts the replies, and leaves the sending to you.
Collect works, and is stored against your account. Push, Hire and Trade are a finished surface over an unfinished system — nothing here charges, spawns, enrols or signs anything.
Your mailbox, calendar and notes, with sending left switched off. Drafts wait for you.
Included as the Inbox pack. Nothing to set up, and nothing here is billed.
Reads a mailbox and prepares drafts. Sending stays a human action.
Third-party, may require an account.
Calendar
Reads your calendar and drafts events, without sending invitations itself.
Notes
Files what the bot produces into your own notes, with a link back.
Local files
Reads and writes files in folders you nominate on your own machine.
Local only. Scope it to the folders you actually want touched.
Push would hand this card, and the MCP servers you ticked, to a Grok Bot host running on your own machine — so the bot appears there configured exactly as described. No host is contacted, no MCP server is enrolled or billed, nothing is uploaded, and the gallery is never in the path. The payload is documented in src/lib/integrate/contract.ts.
MailBot reads the pile and sorts it into what needs you, what needs an answer you have already given twice, and what needs nothing. It drafts the second kind and leaves them in the drafts folder.
It pulls out the commitments buried in threads — the thing you agreed to on Tuesday and forgot by Thursday — and puts them somewhere you will see them.
