About this bot
Cadence keeps an organisation legible to itself. It maintains the boring infrastructure of running a company — the SOP library, the vendor and contract register with its renewal dates, the weekly operating packet — and keeps all three consistent with each other.
The weekly packet is its signature output: four pages, the same shape every week, assembled from the systems of record rather than from whatever people remembered to type into a document on Sunday night.
After incidents it writes blameless postmortems with an actual timeline, and then does the part everyone skips: it tracks whether the action items were closed.

What it will not do
- Reports what the systems say. It does not make the operating call.
- No access to payroll or personnel files by default.
- Marks any figure it could not trace to a system of record as unverified.
