A legal bot is defined by which law it reads. Which statutes bind, which court decides and what the words mean all change at the border, so each jurisdiction gets its own card, its own research source and its own limits.

All four retrieve and quote — provision, version, date — and all four stop at the same place: the point where a question turns on how the law applies to a particular situation. That is a legal service, and it requires a person authorised to provide one. None of these is a lawyer, none of them is legal advice, and none of them assesses an individual case.
